How do credits work?
Each video costs a set number of credits, shown before you render. Credits are held while the video renders and only spent when it succeeds.
What happens if a render fails?
The held credits go straight back to your balance. The same happens if you cancel a render before it finishes.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits last for the billing month. Top-up credits never expire, and we always spend your monthly credits first.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up pack any time on a paid plan, or move to a bigger plan. Upgrades apply straight away with the extra credits added.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your account. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing month.
Why do some videos cost more?
Video clips and higher quality tiers use more advanced models. Image stories are the most affordable; premium shorts with generated sound cost the most.
Does the format change the price?
No. vertical, landscape, square, portrait all cost the same credits.
What does the Studio cost?
Editing is free: cuts, crops, noise reduction, caption styles and library music. Uploading your own video needs a paid plan. AI tools such as studio voice, custom music and AI B-roll cost credits, and the Studio shows the price before you use them.
Are the free videos watermarked?
Yes. Free videos are Lite quality with a small Yasai watermark. Every paid plan exports without one, and if you upgrade within 30 days of making a free video, you can remove its watermark at no cost. Upgrade to Starter or Creator within 7 days of your first video and you also get 50 extra credits in your first month.
