The short version: you own what you make, credits are spent only on videos that succeed, don't use Yasai to deceive or harm people, and label AI content where platforms ask you to.
1. This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("Yasai", "we"). By creating an account or using Yasai you accept them and our privacy policy. If you use Yasai for a business, you accept them for that business too.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over.
Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
One free account per person. Making extra accounts to get more free credits is not allowed.
3. Plans, credits and payment
You pay for videos and Studio tools with credits. We show the credit price before every render.
Credits are held when a render starts and spent only when it succeeds. If it fails or you cancel it, they come back.
Monthly plan credits last for the billing month they belong to. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is open.
Welcome credits on the Free plan are for trying Yasai, and expire as shown in the app.
Credits have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
Plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account; the plan then runs to the end of the month you paid for. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or a render failed in a way that took credits. If something went wrong, write to support@getyasai.com and we will look at it.
We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your plan.
4. The Free plan
Free videos use our basic models and carry a small Yasai watermark. We may change what the Free plan includes.
5. Your content and who owns it
You keep what you put in (your ideas, scripts and uploads). As between you and us, you own the videos Yasai makes for you, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
Some things to know about AI-made media: in many countries it may not be protected by copyright unless a person added enough creative work, other users may get similar results from similar ideas, and we can't promise that a result is unique or free of others' rights. Check anything important before you rely on it.
You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers only to run Yasai for you, for example to make, edit, store and post your videos. We don't use your content to advertise Yasai without asking you.
Music from our library is licensed for use in videos made with Yasai, including on social media. Don't use it separately from your videos.
6. What you must not make
Don't use Yasai to make or post anything that:
is illegal, or sexual content involving anyone under 18 in any form;
shows a real person saying or doing something they didn't, without their permission, or impersonates someone;
harasses, threatens or promotes hatred or violence against people;
is made to mislead people about elections, health, emergencies or other public matters;
infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, for example uploading footage you have no right to use;
is spam, or is passed off as real footage where a platform or the law requires AI content to be labelled.
Also don't try to get around credit prices or plan limits, overload or break the service, or use it to build a competing service. We may remove content, refuse a render, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. AI labels
Every Yasai video is made with AI. When we post for you we label the post as AI-generated where the platform has a way to do it, and we lock the label on where the platform requires it. Wherever you share your videos, you are responsible for following that platform's rules and the law on AI content.
8. Posting to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
When you connect an account, you let Yasai post to it on your behalf, but only the videos you choose, when you press Post or at the time you schedule. You can cancel a scheduled post before it starts, and disconnect any time.
Each platform's own terms apply to what you post there, including the YouTube Terms of Service. The platforms decide whether to accept, show or remove a post, and may limit how often apps can post. We aren't responsible for their decisions, outages or changes to their services.
9. Other services
Yasai relies on outside services, including AI models, payments and hosting. If one changes or stops, we may change or remove the features that use it. If that takes away something you paid credits for, we will give those credits back.
10. No guarantees
We work hard to make Yasai reliable, but it is provided "as is". AI results can be wrong, odd or unsuitable, and we don't promise that the service will always be available or free of errors. Some laws don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.
11. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, followers or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if more. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
12. If someone makes a claim about your content
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you made or posted with Yasai, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, as far as the law allows.
13. Closing your account
You can stop using Yasai and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us. When an account closes, unused credits end and we delete your content as our privacy policy describes.
14. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law: state and country], and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts and laws.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead by email or in the app. Using Yasai after that means you accept the new terms.
